DigiSat has designed and installed many large systems where we distributed signals over fibre optic as this is a more efficient way especially when Foxtel signals are involved. We only use quality parts and choose the best parts for the particular job to avoid outages as much as possible. Many of these systems are remotely monitored so if something goes wrong we are the first to know and can act on it.
We carry spare parts for all our systems so in the rare event that something breaks, we can usually replace this immediately, and efficiently restore reception in the shortest possible time frame.
Being a responsive and high quality contractor was also a key point in becoming one of only 5 nbn co Content Service Providers (CSP’s) TV. This means that we are able to provide and introduce FTA TV, Foxtel, Foreign Language TV, advertising channels etc. into the nbn co fibre network in approved buildings and developments. This is a huge benefit for large buildings and estates as they save on doubling up on infrastructure and cable tray and therefore real estate.
